Shima USA has two office locations, one in Los Angeles, California, and one in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey. Our 2 locations offer full-service capabilities regarding sampling, training (both machine operation and programming), and machine overhaul. Though our offices are on the East and West coast, our staff can conveniently serve all 50 states. We also have additional staff located in Texas and North Carolina for added expediency.

We supply in-person training and online courses called “Step Training” which is the best way for knit beginners to learn.
